The film presents a durational exploration of "doing nothing," examining its boundaries and the emotional and physical moments triggered by the experience of creating an intentional void. Melanie Weill, the participant featured in the film, sat in a chair for one hour and two minutes, receiving €10.25—calculated based on the Belgian minimum wage. Re-activating the performativity of nothingness, the film’s duration precisely matches the time of Melanie’s experience of "doing nothing."
